Merchandise Return/Refunds:New Merchandise – Our manufacturers take pride in the quality and workmanship of the products the produce. Attention to design, material and construction is their priority. They carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If, within 7 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase, in its original packaging. You will be refunded the cost of the item less a 35% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on any items damaged through normal wear and tear. Special order merchandise is made to order and is non-refundable. Special order deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours from time order is place. Refurbished – All Refurbished items are final sales. Should a customer elect to cancel an order after a deposit is given, we will refund said deposit up to 3 business days from date of sale, subject to the following conditions; (1) That no work has been performed of any kind on any item such as, finish or touch-up work, upholstery, trucking, repairs, upgrading or maintenance, pulling stock from inventory (2) That no parts, fabric, equipment, materials, supplies or any other item has been ordered or purchased for the benefit of preparation to customers order, (3) That no final inspection has been made subject to delivery. All custom refurbished orders require an inspection (in person or via photo) prior to shipping.
Used – All used items are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final. Product Condition:All pre-owned furniture is subject to various imperfections derived from normal use and product handling. Scratches, scrapes, pings, snags, smudges can be possible with pre-owned product, however, may not necessarily be probable. We suggest scheduling a steam cleaning appointment for fabric furniture, after delivery. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal; therefore we recommend an inspection prior to delivery, by these means all concerns can be addressed before receipt of goods. A photo inspection can be arranged for your convenience.
